I love what I do because:

  • Food is such a difficult, wonderful, complicated subject.

  • I am passionate about helping people figure out their relationship with food and the impact it has

on their lives.

Fun fact:

  • Pizza, tomatoes and spicy potato chips are my favorite foods

  • A psychotherapist with 15+ years of clinical experience.

  • I work with college students and adults with eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders and trauma.

I love what I do because:

  • It’s an honor to support and witness my clients make positive changes in their lives that align with their

goals and values.

  • I love getting to know people of all walks of life, with different backgrounds, cultures, races, and

circumstances. All of my clients enrich my life, and in turn, make me a more effective therapist.

About me:

  • I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 30+ years of

clinical experience.   

  • I am experienced with kids, teens, adults and families regarding concerns around food, size and shape. 

I use talk therapy, body-oriented skills and EMDR to help my clients better understand themselves, and

bravely try new ways of looking at old problems to create solutions. 

I love what I do because:  

  • I believe that we can all improve the quality of our lives if we have the desire and the support to do so!  

  • I am honored to be included in people’s lives in such a unique way and help them create changes

that deepen the most important relationships-with themselves and with the people who love them!

much more meaningful --and fun! 

Fun facts: 

  • I love hiking tall mountains, running in the woods with my dog, Asher, and eating chocolate in any form

every day.

ROBYN KIEVIT, NP, RD, CEDS

 

About me:  

  • Nurse practitioner specializing in psychopharmacology for eating disorders, registered dietitian,

and certified eating disorder registered dietitian with 25+ years of clinical experience.  

  • Experienced with families, children/teens, and adults regarding the links between medical science and psychopharmacology- medicine for the mind - and its relationship to eating  disorders and body image.

I love what I do because: 

  • I believe in body and food peace.

  • I am committed to working with folks around decreasing judgment towards their relationships with

medicine and how it relates to food and body image. 

Why GBWC:  

  • Collaboration with other like-minded clinicians is an integral part of my work.

Fun fact:

  • I love reading, beaches and waves, and hugs with my favorite humans - a son and a daughter - and my

furry beasts - a Portuguese water dog and two Maine coon cats.

SARAI LOGUE, LICSW

About me:

  • I have devoted all 15+ years of my professional career to helping people find freedom from their struggles

with food and body image.

  • I utilize several types of therapy—Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral

Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my practice.

I love what I do because:   

  • I get to make a real difference in people’s lives.  

  • It’s incredibly rewarding to see people go from tremendous suffering to feeling capable of living the life

they dream.

  • As much as I love being in private practice, I know that sharing work with colleagues makes me a better

therapist.

  • It allows me to be a part of projects, like community education and outreach, that I value.
