Food can be a complicated, wonderful, difficult subject. Understanding a person's relationship with food and the
impact is has on their life is paramount to successful changes. I have over 15 years of clinical nutrition experience
working in a variety of clinic, hospital and outpatient settings and love being part of a multi-disciplinary team. A
team approach provides clients with the best possible, individualized plan to optimize health.
